T Force Athletics fitness that's both affordable and effective.

We believe in fitness training thats effective and to the point, affordable for the average person and we have fun while were doing it. If you’re not enjoying fitness…what’s the point?!

Power Hour

Power Hour Boot is a boot camp class where you will be joined by fellow T Force clients and pushed to the max. We focus on different groups of muscles during each class to make sure we hit every aspect of training throughout a week. We serve clients of all fitness levels and ages during these classes all striving to hit their individual fitness goal.

Youth Speed and Agility Class

Your speed and agility class is for ages 8 and up both boys and girl athlete are welcome. During speed and agility class we focus on making forming the perfect athlete by focusing on strength, change of direction, accelerations, speed and footwork. Athletes of different sports will all benefit from the youth speed and agility classes.

8 Week Fitness Challenge

This fitness challenge is a great way to kick start your body into shedding those unwanted pounds! We will make sure you stay motivated, learn to exercise in fun new ways, and help you be accountable for all of those goals you have set for yourself! A fitness journey is best traveled with the support of a team.

Tj Atwater has been a force in the Seattle fitness industry for the past 6 years. During that time he has developed successful Youth Speed and Agility programs, as well as adult classes and individualized training. Tj‘s mission has always been to treat every person that comes through his doors as family, and help them achieve whatever fitness and nurturing goals they may have. He believes in the power of community and strives to become the leading fitness powerhouse in Washington.
