Power Hour is a full body workout that focuses on weights to help build strength and power. This choreographed resistance training is put to music to provide you with an upbeat workout. All levels are welcome to come out and put a Power Hour into your day!

Class Details

Our Beat Down Boot Camp incorporate resistance training, cardiovascular training, plyometrics, core and flexibility work at the same time. You go from one station to the next, no rest, no conversations, just a hard, but fun workout. The stations may be a Cybex weight machine, free weights, a Spin bike, a running in place rebounder, a jump rope, a plyometric platform, etc. We are always changing the program to insure that your body doesn’t adapt to it and benefits just keep on coming. It is designed to work all aspects needed to improve ones over-all physical conditioning in a time efficient, affordable manner. Come with a friend or co-worker. It’s a great team builder.

Tabata features 20 second intervals of extreme exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated eight times. These bursts of intense work will torch calories and strengthen your entire body.

Our Youth Speed and Agility class is for ages 8 and up both boy and girl athletes are welcome. During our speed and agility class we train to become the perfect athlete by focusing on strength, change of direction, accelerations, speed and footwork. Athletes of different sports will all benefit from our Youth Speed and Agility classes.
